Returns Policy
14-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your journal must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and address
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, written in, or damaged journals cannot be returned unless the damage occurred during shipping or the item was defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
